1. Who we are
xmastraditions (“we”, “us”) is an online store operated by ZONIDY LIMITED, registered office Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Rd, Central, Hong Kong. These Terms govern your use of xmastraditions.com and any order you place with us. By placing an order you accept these Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You must provide a delivery address within the 48 contiguous United States.
3. Products and descriptions
We describe every product as accurately as we can, including the sizes and colors actually available. Screens render color differently, so a shade may vary slightly from what you see. We do not sell branded products from other companies and we are not an authorized dealer for any third-party brand.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and include import duties. Sales tax, where applicable, and shipping are added at checkout and shown before you pay. Prices may change at any time, but a change never affects an order already placed. Payment terms are set out in our Payment Policy.
5. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, if a price was listed in error, if the delivery address is outside our delivery area, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates and are set out on our Shipping Policy page. Orders ship from our partner warehouse in China. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.

8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site to break the law, to interfere with its operation, to scrape or copy its content for a competing service, or to submit false information at checkout.
9. Intellectual property
The text, layout, and store design on xmastraditions.com belong to ZONIDY LIMITED or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits any right you have under applicable consumer protection law, including your rights under the laws of your state.
11. Force majeure
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspections, carrier disruption, severe weather, or industrial action.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time you place your order, and the “last updated” date above tells you when it last changed.
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the US state in which you live. We would much rather resolve a problem by email first — write to support@xmastraditions.com and we will respond within 24 hours.
