xmastraditions sells women's boots into the United States — ankle boots, knee highs, western and cowgirl styles, combat boots, and cold weather boots. We opened the store for the fall and winter run of 2026, and boots are the only thing we sell.
How we operate
xmastraditions is an online-only store operated by ZONIDY LIMITED. We do not have a retail shop, a showroom, or a warehouse that customers can visit. Our registered office is Unit 2904-05, 29/F, Universal Trade Centre, 3 Arbuthnot Rd, Central, Hong Kong, and that address is a company registration address only.
We do not manufacture the boots ourselves. Our products are made and stocked by a manufacturing partner in China, and orders ship directly from that partner's warehouse in China to your address in the United States. That is why our delivery window is 11–17 business days in total rather than the two-day delivery you would get from a US warehouse. We would rather tell you that up front than surprise you after you have paid.
Import duties on your order are included in the price you see. Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.
Returns come back to California
Returns are received at our US returns facility at 14200 Central Ave, Chino, CA 91710. Please do not send anything to that address without emailing us first — we issue a prepaid return label so you are not out of pocket for the shipping.
What we will not do
- We do not claim certifications, awards, or press coverage that we do not have.
- We do not publish customer reviews until we have real ones from real orders.
- We do not sell brand-name boots or imply that we are an authorized dealer for any brand. Everything we sell is our own listing.
