How you can pay
Payments on xmastraditions are taken through Shopify's encrypted checkout and processed by a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. The card types and wallets shown at checkout are the ones we can accept.
Card security
Your card details are entered on an encrypted checkout page and passed directly to the payment processor. ZONIDY LIMITED does not receive, process, or store your full card number, and no member of our team can see it.
What you are charged at checkout
- the product price;
- shipping of $7.95, or $0.00 if your order total after discounts is $60 or more;
- sales tax, where it applies to your delivery address, calculated and displayed at checkout.
That is the full amount you pay. Import duties, if any are due, are paid by us, and you will not be asked for any customs, duty, or clearance fee on delivery. We do not add handling fees or surcharges after checkout.
Currency
All prices and charges are in US dollars (USD).
When you are charged
Your card is charged when you place the order. If we cannot fulfill your order, the charge is refunded in full.
Descriptor on your statement
The charge may appear on your statement under ZONIDY LIMITED or under xmastraditions. If you see a charge you do not recognize, email support@xmastraditions.com before contacting your bank — we can usually identify it the same day.
Declined payments
If your payment is declined, the order is not placed and no goods are reserved. Declines are decided by your bank, not by us; your bank can tell you why.
Refunds
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds page for timing.
Pricing errors
If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price because of a technical or human error, we will contact you before processing the order and you may cancel it for a full refund.
